Who is this class for?

This virtual workshop is for moms & dads of food allergy babies or kids under 8-9 who have the ok from their doctor to try new foods OR want to introduce allergens for the first time. 


 It's also great for parents who are gearing up for an oral food challenge at home or in the office.

Can I trust it?

Giving accurate information is really important to me. Not only do I take massive amounts of time to research everything I create with trusted sources, but I also add my 16 years of practical knowledge. Then I run it by other food allergy mamas for their input and feedback.
